Samantha – a unique legacy in the world of pit bull terriers

Samantha is truly one of a kind by origin. There are no others like her in Europe or the United States. Two legendary kennels – GOTCK’s and Real Deal Chocolate – came together in Ukraine to recreate something that no longer exists anywhere else in the world. After 2017, both of these American kennels ceased to exist, and the great genetic legacy they left behind, unfortunately, was not fully preserved. In Europe, only one representative of these bloodlines remained. In the U.S., most of the puppies were sold to regular families, and what was once a rich breeding gene pool became extremely rare and fragile.

To preserve this uniqueness, we organized an outcross breeding, combining two of the best imported dogs – Gotck’s Delta and Miller’s Wild Storm aka Castle. For the first time in many years, two purebred dogs from the U.S. met for breeding here in Ukraine – and that is how Samantha was born. From the moment she entered the world, we knew she was something extraordinary. With each passing day, her uniqueness revealed itself even more – not only through her rare genetic background, but also through her spirit, intelligence, and exceptional anatomy.

I had always dreamed that Delta would leave me a daughter with a powerful muscle frame, socially confident, driven, and ready for any adventure. With Samantha, that dream came true. And now, as I write this, I want to share more about her character. She is persistent, hard-working, and very honest in nature. Samantha has excellent play and food drive, is always motivated for activity, walks, and spending time together. She has a balanced temperament, is affectionate, people-oriented, and completely socially safe.

She stands 44 cm tall, with a strong and compact build, carrying large and well-developed muscles. Her bite is undershot, which is acceptable for the American Pit Bull Terrier breed. By genetic health, Samantha is clear of cerebellar ataxia and hyperuricosuria. Her dam has been officially tested and certified free of hip and elbow dysplasia (not mandatory for the breed, but we always want to know as much as possible about the health of our dogs). In addition, Samantha underwent a full Holter heart monitoring (24-hour continuous cardiac evaluation) to ensure a detailed and thorough check of her cardiovascular system.

Compact, moderate in size, yet impressively strong – Samantha is the perfect example of an old-type pit bull, whose very appearance radiates power even before she reveals her true character.

Character

Castle is a strong, driven, and athletic male with high play and food motivation. He perfectly passes on his type and balanced nervous system to his offspring. Absolutely socially safe dog with correct breed behavior. Regular winner and prize-winner at sporting competitions of various levels in different countries.

His uncle is Fonvielle’s A&N Stuff of Legends, the most titled pit bull in the world.

Castle’s offspring live in Ukraine, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Italy, Poland, Finland, Estonia, and other countries around the world. They are successfully shown and participate in sports, showing the highest results.

Delta is the true diamond of our kennel, a gift of fate that we were able to bring thanks to our determined search and great ambitions. She was imported from the USA from the legendary Pennsylvania kennel GOTCK’s, which, unfortunately, no longer exists.

She is the only dog in Ukraine that has participated in ADBA breed shows in the USA and earned prize places there. Her achievements confirm Delta’s uniqueness and greatness as a representative of the American Pit Bull Terrier on the world stage.

An official study for hip and elbow dysplasia was conducted.

Result: HD:A, ED:0 — the best possible score, confirming excellent joint health. The examination was carried out in Odesa, Ukraine.
